To clarify the milk we use a combination of traditional methods before blending it with 14 botanicals, which are individually distilled at very low temperatures to preserve their fresh, crisp flavours and natural oils.

We source a portion of our Juniper berries from plants that grow next to an alpine lake at 2500 metres altitude.

Using clarified milk gives our gin a rich, luxurious texture, slightly creamy but clear not white.

We handcraft the gin in small batches of about 24 bottles in the picturesque village of Chandolin, perched 2000 metres high in the Swiss Alps.

Our microdistillery is in a small vintage wooden cabin tucked away in the mountains at the foot of an alpine forest with a stream running beneath it and meadows below it where local cows come up to graze in the summer months.

Wildhorn Milk Gin is made with Clarified Swiss Milk

and cold-distiiled botanicals.

Wildhorn Milk Gin is perfect served neat, with a high quality non-flavoured tonic, or in cocktails.  Garnish it with a slice of fresh strawberry to capture the feeling of high altitude alpine summer days.

When we created Wildhorn Milk Gin we wanted to share our love of Chandolin's fresh mountain air, its forests, streams and meadows, and the characterful cows that form a part of traditional mountain life here...

We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy making it
